I am here to help

Welcome to Homecoming, a space for connection.
I’m Mark Kaiser, a counsellor offering evening sessions for men and teens. I support people dealing with anger, anxiety, depression, addiction, behavioural challenges, relationship challenges, or difficulty understanding and expressing what they’re feeling. I also work with families who are supporting a loved one through addiction or seeking help for a teen.
My approach is compassionate, practical, and shaped around what is important to you. I draw from person-centred therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based cognitive behavioural therapy (MBCT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy. Also, I am an approved autism provider in British Columbia, I can also help eligible families access provincial autism funding and support their child’s needs.
I bring professional training and lived experience to my work, including my own experience with addiction and many years of sobriety. I know it can be hard to ask for help or find the words for what you’re going through. You don’t need to have it all figured out before we begin. We can take things at your pace and start with what matters most to you.
Whether you’re looking for support for yourself or your child, I’m here to help you find your way home—back to yourself.
